Two separate limits, deliberately kept separate. The standalone Neck Trim is not offered at the demonstration salons in New York, Oregon, Washington — those cells show a dash above. At those same salons the MVP and Ultimate MVP are still sold, but without the neck and shoulder treatment. The reference states this restriction in two slightly different ways on two different pages; the grid and this note are not restating the same fact.

Age limits: Jr. Varsity is priced for 12 and under, Sr. Varsity for 65 and over. Both are demonstration rules.

Ultimate MVP baseline is 50 minutes. Prices are demonstration figures; the reference publishes none on its service pages.

Short answers to the things people ask at the desk.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Every salon in this set takes walk-ins, and joining the line only saves your place in it.

How long will I actually wait?

That depends on how many people are ahead of you and how long their services take. The status page shows your position and re-reads it from the server on every refresh.

Can I choose a stylist?

Not in this prototype. You are assigned to the first available chair at the salon you joined.

What happens if I turn up late?

Nothing expires while the salon is open. Your reference stays valid until the salon closes, or until the demo record is pruned after 30 days.

Is a price the same in every salon?

No. Each salon publishes its own service list and its own starting prices, and the availability grid on this page is computed from those lists.
